ارائه مدل تفسیری-ساختاری جامع برای ریسک های زنجیره تامین مدور در بستر صنعت نسل چهارم

چکیده

مدیریت ریسک‌های فناوری‌های هوشمند صنعت نسل چهارم در زنجیره تامین مدور جهت دستیابی برای پیشگیری از شکست سازمان‌ها دارای اهمیت می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی روابط علی-معلولی ریسک‌های زنجیره تامین مدور در بستر صنعت نسل چهارم پتروشیمی با روش مدلسازی تفسیری-ساختاری جامع انجام شد. یافته‌های بخش کیفی که با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا بر اساس مرور نظام مند ادبیات نظری و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 خبره از مدیران ارشد و میانی شرکت پتروشیمی، پژوهشگران و اساتید دانشگاهی بود، نشان داد که ریسک‌ها شامل «ریسک سازمانی»، «ریسک کارکنان»، «ریسک زیرساخت فناوری»، «ریسک چارچوب مدور»، «ریسک مالی و اقتصادی»، «ریسک سیاست‌ها و قوانین» و «ریسک عملیات و تامین» بود. یافته‌های علت-معلولی مدلسازی تفسیری-ساختاری جامع در بخش کمی نشان داد که «ریسک سیاست‌ها و قوانین» تاثیرگذارترین و محرک ایجاد سایر ریسک‌ها بود که بر «ریسک سازمانی» تاثیر می‌گذارد.  «ریسک مالی و اقتصادی» و «ریسک زیرساخت فناوری» به عنوان نقش میانجی در مدل در پیچیدگی سیستم نقش اساسی دارند. «ریسک چارچوب مدور»، «ریسک کارکنان» و «ریسک تامین و عملیات» به ترتیب تاثیرپذیرترین هستند که بر عملکرد سیستم تاثیر می‌گذارند. نتیجه نشان می‌دهد که کمبود حمایت دولت در ایجاد ریسک‌ها و اختلال‌های قانونی و حقوقی بسیار مهم و تاثیرگذار هستند. از طرفی دیگر، با افزایش ریسک تامین و عملیات، زنجیره تامین از حالت بسته به خطی بر می‌گردد.
